Returns

RETURNS:

Please email orders@trophydeals.com to request a return. Please note the following:

• Any issues must be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt of delivery.
• Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
• Returns must be authorized by a Customer Service representative, and have the Tracking Number associated with the order.
• All return orders are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee.
• Non Refundable items include all Custom Items, Crystal, Acrylics, Plaques, and Engraving.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please check your order for issues upon receipt.
• All items must be returned in the condition they were received. (Please have photo documentation of awards ready to ensure condition.)
• Return shipping is at customers expense.

ORDER CHANGES:

Order Changes are not available due to our fast processing time. Any additions must be done as a new order. Any new order charges will apply.

CANCELLATIONS:

For any order cancellations please contact a Customer Service Representative within 4 hours to cancel.

Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee up to 10%.
